Zombie Mode: Infected Area

The biggest addition is Zombie Mode: Infected Area, which transforms three familiar maps into dangerous PvPvE battlefields.

The available maps are:

· Farm – Heavy Infected Area

· Valley – Infected Area

· Airport – Heavy Infected Area

These versions replace the previous Farm Forbidden Zone, Valley Lockdown Zone, and Airport Forbidden Zone configurations.

Players can spend Koen to enter the mode as many times as they want. Unlike traditional raids, operators must deal with both enemy players and large numbers of infected mutants.

The weather system has also been expanded with conditions such as night, rain, fog, sunny weather, and cloudy skies, depending on the map.

New Mutants and Zombie Mechanics

Season 7 adds several mutant types with different combat behaviors.

Normal Mutants are the most common enemies and primarily attack players at close range. Reapers specialize in ranged attacks, with different variants creating acid pools, slowing areas, or vision-blocking smoke.

Ambushers can suddenly leap onto players and suppress them with continuous attacks. Bloaters move slowly but explode when threatened, applying poison, slow, or blindness depending on their variant.

The most dangerous enemies include Breachers and Phobos. Breachers can charge players at high speed, while Phobos can absorb substantial damage before removing its tactical armor and becoming even more aggressive.

Zombie hordes add another layer of danger. Shooting police cars can trigger a horde event, potentially forcing players to fight while managing enemy operators at the same time.

Zombie Research and Raid Progression

Zombie Mode introduces a dedicated Zombie Research system.

Players can collect zombie samples during raids and extract them successfully to obtain research resources. These can activate research points that provide benefits within Infected Area.

Research points are connected through a progression system, meaning certain points must be activated before others become available. However, activated research cannot be reset, so players should consider their choices carefully.

New exclusive missions also provide additional objectives and loot crate rewards.

Zombie Endless Mode

Season 7 expands the zombie experience with Zombie Endless Mode, available on Airport.

A team of one to four players can enter by spending Koen. Players select a class at the beginning and receive a starting loadout based on that choice.

The objective is to survive for as long as possible.

As the raid continues, the threat level increases. More mutants appear, enemies become stronger, and the amount of Merit earned increases.

Merit can then be used for out-of-raid progression. Each growth level unlocks an ability that permanently improves survival in Endless Mode.

The mode also introduces exclusive mechanics such as Zombie Tokens, special merchants, extermination missions, locked rooms, and stronger weapon opportunities.

New Core Masteries

Season 7 introduces Core Masteries, which reset every season and can be unlocked by completing specific missions.

Three new options are available:

· Acoustic Earpads: Reduces the sound-blocking effect of helmets.

· Tactical Belt: Adds four 1×1 pocket slots.

· Hidden Compartment: Reveals secret compartments in certain containers.

Only one Core Mastery can be equipped at a time, adding another layer of strategic customization.

The normal Mastery system is also updated with the new Last Stand combat Mastery, while Parkour is removed and Quick Seal moves to the Survival category. Players can now save, rename, and delete custom Mastery builds.

New Weapons and Tactical Items

Two new assault rifles arrive in Season 7:

· A545 Assault Rifle

· AK-15SC Assault Rifle

The A545 uses 5.45×39mm ammunition and focuses on balanced recoil and a high rate of fire, while the AK-15SC uses 7.62×39mm ammunition and features a folding-barrel design.

The new M290 Stun Grenade provides another tactical option, applying tinnitus, slow effects, reduced mouse sensitivity, and visual interference.

Zombie Mode also receives exclusive equipment, including Flare Guns, Pheromone Grenades, and Healing Smoke Grenades.

More Loot, Crafting and Quality-of-Life Improvements

Supplies Drops 2.0 introduces shared Squad Crate progression. Searching containers, eliminating enemy operators, and interacting with terminals can generate Crate XP and unlock additional storage and crafting functions.

The Workbench is also being reworked. Formulas will no longer require individual leveling, while Improvement Blueprints introduce a new research system that provides seasonal buffs.

Other improvements include better dog tag interactions, expanded Collection Room storage, improved post-raid damage information, faster early-game respawns, increased container yields, and new special AI units. These changes can make raids more efficient and rewarding, especially for players looking to maximize their resources and make the most of their cheap Arena Breakout: Infinite Koens.

Overall, Arena Breakout: Infinite Season 7 significantly expands the game's PvPvE formula. Zombie Mode provides a completely different survival challenge, while Endless Mode adds long-term progression and the broader Mastery, weapon, crafting, and loot changes give operators more ways to customize their playstyle.
