Watch 4 Hours for the Corroded Cleaver Axe
At 4 total hours, the next cosmetic becomes available: the Corroded Cleaver Axe.
Your viewing progress does not have to come from one streamer. You can switch between eligible Diablo IV channels without losing the progress you have already accumulated.
Watch 6 Hours for the Tintinnabulation Two-Handed Mace
The final milestone requires 6 total hours viewed and rewards the Tintinnabulation Two-Handed Mace.

How to Link Twitch and Battle.net
Before watching for Drops, connect your Twitch and Battle.net accounts.
