To unlock 99 OVR Jac Caglianone, you need four specific players:

Gunnar Henderson
Nick Sogard
Alex Bregman
Collecting three cards rewards 99 OVR Milestone JJ Bleday, while collecting all four unlocks Caglianone.
Caglianone earned his Lightning card after hitting .411 with 39 hits, six home runs, and 26 RBIs across 24 August games. If you already collected the first three required players, simply finish Drop 4 and obtain Bregman.
2. Work Toward Retro Lightning Kris Bryant
After getting Jac Caglianone, your next major target should be 99 OVR Retro Lightning Kris Bryant.
Bryant's card is based on his August 2016 performance, when he hit .383 with 10 home runs and 22 RBIs. To unlock him, you need to collect 13 Spotlight Series players from August Spotlight Pack Drops 1-4.
Collecting eight players first gives you 99 OVR Corey Seager, making him a useful milestone on the way to Bryant.
3. Grind the 7th Inning Stretch Event
The 7th Inning Stretch Event is one of the best ways to continue building the Kris Bryant Collection.
The Event allows Flashback and Live Series players and provides August Spotlight Packs, August Spotlight Any Packs, XP, and other rewards. Focus on Event Missions and wins to collect as many free packs as possible before spending Stubs.
4. Complete the Lightning Conquest Map
The Lightning Conquest Map is another efficient way to obtain Spotlight rewards. Its objectives provide XP, a Vault Choice Pack, and August, July, and June Spotlight Any Packs.
Use the August packs to fill missing cards for Kris Bryant. The older Spotlight packs can also help complete previous collections.
5. Leave Chase Pack 25 for Last
Chase Pack 25 features 99 OVR Milestone Chili Davis, but he is not guaranteed. You can obtain Chase Pack 25 through the 7th Inning XP Reward Path Wheel, The Show 50-Pack Bundle, or regular The Show Packs.
Because Chili Davis is not directly required for the August Lightning Collection, there is no need to prioritize this reward.
6. Recommended Order
For the most efficient progression, complete Drop 4 first, unlock Alex Bregman, and get Jac Caglianone.
