All carry runs support Self-Play mode, meaning you never need to share your account for full safety and convenience. Supported carry content includes: Lair Boss Kills, Leveling to 70, Paragon Level 100 farming, The Pit, Tower Dungeons, War Plans, Infernal Hordes, Standard Dungeons, Dark Citadel, Kurast Undercity, plus all other seasonal game modes.

2. Most carry runs require World Tier IV / World Tier 12 unlock to begin. If you have not unlocked the required tier, we can adjust the run to match your current difficulty setting.

3. The Artificer’s Pit (Tiers 55+ and 100+, which are accessible under World Tier IV and World Tier 12 respectively) can be run on any unlocked World Tier.

If the failure is caused by our carry player, you receive a free redo or a full refund. If disconnection stems from your personal network issues, we can reschedule your run at a mutually convenient time.
