One-Shot Every Uber Boss in Path of Exile 3.27

Are you ready to literally one-shot every Uber Pinnacle boss in Path of Exile? Not in two or three seconds, but in a single hit. This build uses the classic Ice Crash slammer, requires no legacy items, and is fully viable in the current League. Keep in mind, this setup is strictly designed for one-shotting bosses-it's not suitable for mapping or general gameplay.

Core Concept

The backbone of this build revolves around Face Breaker gloves, which dramatically boost base physical damage when you fight unarmed. Paired with the Seven Teachings' unique chest, you get melee unarmed attacks with the critical chance they need to guarantee a one-shot. From here, the next step is choosing your ascendancy.

We opted for Berserker. Despite recent nerfs, it remains the best choice due to the Aspect of Carnage node, granting 40% more global damage. Yes, it also increases damage taken by 10%, but that doesn't matter since this build isn't intended for general combat. All other major nodes are effectively irrelevant here, so we allocate minor ascendancy nodes for an additional 10% increased damage each, just to squeeze out every bit of extra power.

Passive Tree

The passive tree is focused entirely on maximizing damage. Key targets include:

Physical damage

Attack damage

Elemental damage

Melee critical chance and multiplier

Jewel sockets for specialized clusters

We use two large cluster jewels to add attack notables such as Precise Retaliation, Heavy Hitter, and Strike Leader. These branch into medium thruster jewels with Precise Retaliation and Basics of Pain, and a small reservation jewel with Spiteful Presence to reduce hatred reservation cost. The jewels also have the "25% increased effect of smaller nodes" mod, enabling us to use a Level 3 Enlighten gem as Level 4, reducing overall skill costs.

Mastery Choices

Several masteries are integral to maximizing output:

Skills cost life at 15% of the mana cost

+40% physical damage with skills that cost life

+150% crit chance against enemies on full life

+25% crit multiplier against unique enemies

+10% max physical damage

Rune Graft of the Bound: Increases Face Breaker effectiveness by 20%, which is massive since gloves contribute over 90% of total damage

Items

Face Breakers (non-corrupted) are mandatory for unarmed damage. Pair them with the Seven Teachings chest for 100% crit chance on unarmed attacks.

For flat physical damage:

Abyssus Helmet - High crit multiplier and flat physical damage, ignoring the downside of increased physical damage taken.

Simplex Amulet - Crafted with scorn essences to hit crit multiplier and flat physical damage. Anoint with Whispers of Doom for double curses.

Steel Ring - Crafted for flat physical damage, crit multiplier, and elemental attack damage. Kandra's Touch is an alternative.

RLA's Coil - Maximizes potential physical damage, boosting high-end damage while slightly reducing minimum damage.

Licoide Shield ensures enemies cannot evade attacks, granting an effective 100% hit chance. Relicash Impatience Boots provide power or frenzy charges, complementing the amulet's choice.

Execution & Combo Steps

Prep for the hit: Slam the ground twice to activate Ruthless.

Activate debuffs and mobility: Use Intimidating Cry and movement flasks to kite and curse the boss.

Mash flasks and unleash: After about 4 seconds (bosses start with 90% damage reduction), execute Ice Crash for a one-shot kill.

This build doesn't just deal massive numbers-it's carefully optimized to guarantee over 500 million damage, ensuring a clean one-hit kill on every Uber Pinnacle boss. Timing, debuff management, and precise flask usage are crucial to make this work.

With this setup, you can obliterate even the toughest bosses in a single strike. While it's not a general-purpose build, it's an absolute monster for boss fights. Having enough PoE currency can also greatly help you defeat bosses.
