EXP SAFEGUARD
Buyer Protection · 100-Day & Lifetime Coverage
Account trading comes down to two fears: the account gets recovered, and there's no proof it was ever yours.
We fused the "e-contract" and "platform coverage" into one product — every handover in writing; if things go wrong, the contract pays.
Two tiers, chosen at checkout
Pick your tier when you pay: Basic · 100 days or Assured · Lifetime. Your choice is written into the e-contract — no changes, upgrades or refunds after delivery. Coverage starts when the order completes. For Assured, "Lifetime" means the earlier of the game's official end-of-service or ten (10) years from delivery.
Basic Coverage · 100-Day
100 days · from order completion
- 100-day recovery protection — every recovery case gets a 15-day recovery period
- Recovered → your account back. Not recovered → 100% of the purchase price, refunded to your original payment method
- E-contract effective at payment — contract number + trusted timestamp, retrievable anytime
- Ban appeal guidance & documentation support
- No ban replacement — an Assured-tier benefit
Assured Contract · Lifetime
5% of order · one-time at checkout
- Lifetime recovery protection — the earlier of official end-of-service or 10 years from delivery
- Not recovered → 100% of the purchase price back via your original payment method
- Platform-fault bans (violation predates delivery, undetected at inspection): permanent or ≥30 days, still banned after the 7-day appeal period → 1 free replacement, same game & spec
- Official policy-change bans (announcement or ≥10 same-batch bans): not compensable, but still count toward your 1 free replacement
- Replacements inherit your recovery coverage
- Formal e-contract + filing number, retrievable on demand
Claims: recover first, pay second
File within 30 days of discovering a recovery or ban. Recoveries go through a 15-day recovery period, bans a 7-day appeal-assistance period — we fix it first and pay only if we can't.
File a Claim
Submit your order number and e-contract via "Contact Customer Service" on the order page. A ticket is created and answered within 12 hours.
Evidence Review
Facts and liability rest on platform handover records — inspection snapshots, binding receipts, login logs — as prima facie evidence.
Two Tracks
Recovery case: 15-day recovery period, escalated with evidence. Ban case: 7-day appeal-assistance period — we appeal to the publisher with you.
Resolution
Recovered: your account back. Not recovered in 15 days: 100% of the purchase price via your original payment method. Appeal succeeds: coverage continues. Still banned: one free replacement (Assured). After any payout or replacement, later recovery or unban rights vest in the platform.
What we cover — and what we don't
Clear boundaries make "protection" mean something. Every voiding condition is listed at checkout and must be checked off before you pay.
Covered
- Account recovery — not retrieved within the 15-day recovery period → 100% of the purchase price, refunded to your original payment method
- Platform-fault bans (Assured only) — violation predates delivery and slipped inspection; permanent or ≥30 days, still banned after the 7-day appeal period → 1 free replacement
- Official policy-change bans (Assured) — not compensable, but count toward the same one-time replacement
- 12-hour delivery — account, initial password and original registration email, via email and the order page
Not covered
- Bans caused by your own violations (cheats, scripts, etc.)
- Losses from leaked credentials or two-factor not enabled (unless our systems were concurrently compromised); resold, shared, leased or commercially used accounts — coverage voids instantly
- Bans under 30 days — no replacement; appeal assistance available
- Official policy-change bans (announcement or ≥10 same-batch bans) and game end-of-service — not compensable
- Post-delivery top-ups — payouts cover the purchase price only
- False claims or forged evidence — reported to law enforcement as suspected fraud; account suspended pending investigation
The e-contract isn't a formality — it's the weapon
Every order auto-generates an e-contract between you and the platform: the account fingerprint (game / region / spec snapshot with its inspection archive number), the handover checklist, both parties' rights and duties, payout & replacement terms, and the six voiding clauses — in writing. Each contract gets a trusted timestamp; the signing record (confirmation time, IP, contract version) is preserved. Retrieve it anytime by contract number.
To the buyer, it's a promise. To a would-be recoverer, a deterrent: with a full evidence trail behind every handover, recovery is no longer "worth a shot." Disputes? Good-faith negotiation first, then binding AAA arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware — your small-claims access and statutory consumer rights (including Magnuson-Moss and, for California residents, CCPA/CPRA) stay intact.
Frequently Asked Questions
EXP Buyer Protection for game accounts, explained
A: When your order completes. The e-contract takes effect on your electronic confirmation and successful payment — Basic runs 100 days, Assured runs lifetime. Resell, share, lease or commercially use the account and coverage voids instantly.
A: If we get it back within the 15-day recovery period, the original account is returned and your coverage continues. If not, you're paid 100% of the purchase price via your original payment method — and any later recovery or unban of that account vests in the platform.
A: Because the contract defines it: the earlier of (a) the publisher's announced end-of-service or (b) ten (10) years from delivery.
A: Assured: platform-fault bans (violation predates delivery, undetected at inspection) that are permanent or ≥30 days and survive the 7-day appeal period → one free replacement, same game & spec (combined limit: 1, including official policy changes). Basic: appeal guidance and documentation only. Your own violations and bans under 30 days aren't covered — appeal assistance may still be provided.
A: The platform. After a payout, any later recovery or unban of the account vests in the platform; after a replacement, any later unban of the originally banned account does too.
A: Yes — file within 30 days of discovering a recovery or ban. Late claims, or claims without valid proof, may be declined.
A: No. File via "Contact Customer Service" on the order page with your order number and e-contract — a ticket is answered within 12 hours. Disputes go to good-faith negotiation first, then binding AAA arbitration (Wilmington, Delaware, in English). Small-claims court stays open, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.
