How It Works
● Booking & Connection
Once you place an order, we will arrange booster(s) matching your selection to send you a friend request on Battle.net. The booster's specific Battle.net ID will also be sent to you via Live Chat for verification.
● Starting the Session
Once the friend request is accepted, please invite the booster(s) to your party and queue for a Competitive Match.
● Session Duration
The booster(s) will play the matches with you within the timeframe you purchased. If your purchased time expires while a match is in progress, the service will automatically conclude at the end of that specific match to ensure fair play.
● Quality Assurance & Replacements
You can monitor the booster's performance. If you feel the booster is underperforming or not meeting expectations, please provide screenshots of the scoreboard/stats to our customer support via Live Chat. Once verified, we will immediately replace the booster and compensate you with additional play time.
Important Notes & Tips
● Extended Playtime Services: If you want to order more hours, please click the "+" sign in the shopping cart to reach the desired number of hours.
● Maximize Win Rate: You can book multiple boosters simultaneously to fill different roles. This significantly increases your chances of winning.
● Play with Friends: You are welcome to invite you own friends into the party while using this Companion Service. Simply ensure you will leave enough open slots in your party for the booster(s).
● Role Selection: Before the order starts, you can specify your preferred role (Tank, Damage, or Support) via Live Chat. Note: If no specific role is requested, we will default to assigning a Damage (DPS) hero booster.
● Specific Booster Request: If you have played with a specific booster before and wish to book them again, please provide their Battle.net ID via Live Chat immediately after placing your order.
● Code of Conduct:
We expect all clients to communicate respectfully. Harassment, toxicity, or insults toward the booster are strictly prohibited.
If a booster provides evidence (screenshots/recordings) of repeated misconduct from you, we reserve the right to terminate the order immediately without a refund.
Conversely, if you provide valid evidence that a booster has violated these rules, we will issue a full refund and provide a free replacement order.
