Q1: Is this a Steam account or a Steam key?
You are buying a Steam activation key, not an account. The key adds the game permanently to your own Steam library once activated.
Q2: How and when will I receive my key?
Your key is delivered to the email address you provide at checkout, usually within 12 hours of payment. Please double-check your email address before placing the order.
Q3: How do I activate the key on Steam?
Open the Steam client → click "Games" in the top menu → "Activate a Product on Steam…" → follow the prompts and enter your key. The game will be added to your library and ready to download.
Q4: What region is the key for? Will it work in my country?
All our keys are US region keys. Please make sure your Steam account's store region is set to the United States before purchasing, as the key cannot be activated on accounts registered to other regions.

Q7: Can I get a refund after the key is activated?
Once a key has been successfully activated on your Steam account, the sale is final and cannot be refunded. If there is any problem with the key itself, contact support before activating and we will make it right.
