Summary
Welcome to the high-stakes world of PoE 2 endgame crafting. This isn't about deterministic outcomes—it's about calculated gambling, massive currency investments, and the thrill of hitting a multi-mirror item. Whether you're farming currency yourself or choosing to buy POE2 Currency to fund your experiments, the path to crafting perfection demands serious resources. Here's your guide to cultivating some of the most valuable items in the game.
The Adorned Diamond: The Chase Jewel
The Adorned is the centerpiece of any high-end crafters' dreams .
What It Does
The Adorned Diamond grants (0–150)% increased Effect of Jewel Socket Passive Skills containing Corrupted Magic Jewels . At a perfect roll, this effectively multiplies the effect of every corrupted Magic Jewel in your tree by 2.5× . A jewel giving 12% increased maximum life becomes 30% with a perfect Adorned .
Crucial limitations:
Only affects Magic (blue) Jewels with exactly two modifiers—Rare (3-4 mod) and Unique Jewels get zero benefit
Jewels must be Corrupted—Vaal Orb them first
The Adorned itself drops already corrupted; its roll cannot be divined or vaaled normally
How to Obtain It
The Adorned drops exclusively from the Trialmaster, the capstone boss of the Trial of Chaos . You need:
A level 75+ Inscribed Ultimatum (10 rooms)
All three Fate Fragments: Cowardly, Deadly, and Victorious
Luck—it shares a drop pool with four other chase uniques
Value: Low rolls are affordable, but high-roll copies (approaching 150%) are among the most expensive jewels—perfect rolls trade near mirror-tier . A 44% roll can be worth ~8,600 divines, while each Adorned attempt costs around 1.9K divines for the base [based on script description].
Voices Sapphire: Sinister Jewel Sockets
The Voices Sapphire is another high-end pursuit, granting 2-4 Sinister Jewel Sockets near your character portrait .
What It Does
Voices allocates Sinister Jewel Sockets that appear on the left side of your character's portrait . There are four variants: 1, 3, 5, and 7 small passives which grant nothing. The 1-small passive version is rarest .
7 passives: weight 670 (common)
5 passives: weight 300 (less common)
3 passives: weight 25 (rare)
1 passive: weight 5 (extremely rare)
No Unique Jewels can be slotted into Sinister Sockets
Jewels inside Sinister Sockets cannot benefit from modifiers that affect jewel sockets
No radius effects—jewels are completely disconnected from the tree
Sinister Sockets count as not being within radius of each other
How to Obtain It
Voices drops exclusively from the Simulacrum of Delusion . To access it:
Complete the Delirium questline for the "Is this about me...or you?" passive
Collect 300 Simulacrum Splinters from level 75+ maps
Use the Simulacrum on an Atlas node with at least 100% Deliriousness
Run the Simulacrum and pray for a Voices drop
Value: Voices with 1-passive and high rolls are insanely expensive—a 3-passive Voices can be worth ~3,800 divines [based on script description].
