The first version invested heavily into compass-related nodes to target valuable seasonal compasses such as Silver Wicks. Despite the high individual value of these items, the strategy produced only around 702 FE per hour.
The problem was that the additional investment did not generate enough extra value. After spending 33 points on compass-related bonuses, the test produced only a limited number of valuable seasonal compass drops.
The second version removed the compass investment and redirected the strategy toward Beacon farming. This increased efficiency to approximately 14.7 FE per minute, or roughly 882 FE per hour.

In this strategy, the Afterlight mechanic did not consistently produce enough additional value to justify the cost. Even if the compass improves clear speed, the improvement may not be large enough to compensate for the currency spent.
For this reason, the recommended approach is to run the league mechanic naturally without purchasing additional seasonal compass effects.
