Can You Actually Finish the Easter Egg?
Yes—the challenge is difficult precisely because the normal TranZit objectives still remain, while the Chaos Mod keeps disrupting your execution.
Once you have the Jet Gun assembled, you still need to complete the required tower interactions and eventually perform the EMP sequence for the Richtofen route.
The trick is not trying to fight every random effect. Adapt your route, protect essential equipment, and take advantage of helpful modifiers when they appear.
