Farm 1: The Infernal Hordes XP Farm
The Infernal Hordes make a triumphant return as one of the best XP farms in the game. With the right setup, you can push monster power to +20, +30, or even higher—translating directly into massive experience gains.
What You Need
Infernal Horde Compass – Your entry ticket.
Splinter of Lies – Place in one of your rings. This is the most XP possible, but only use it if you're sturdy enough. You might simply die with it on.
Splinter of Damnation – Preferably in Unique quality. Place it in your Lyric's Crown so the monster power stays up as long as possible.
Method of Madness and Rain in Hell – These boons give you additional offerings and make your offerings follow a pattern.
Why Monster Power Matters
Monster power means increased experience. In the Infernal Hordes, you can get monster power to +20, +30, or even higher. For context, Baal in the Worldstone Keep on Hell difficulty is only +30. Every point of monster power makes enemies more difficult—but also dramatically increases the XP they award.
How the Farm Works
Enter the Infernal Hordes with your compass and splinters equipped.
Your first choice determines the run. Optimally, look for anything Hellborn-related:
Hellborns ambush you.
Hellborns can spawn.
Hellborns can fly out of Etheric Masses.
Etheric Masses are gold. Each one is worth one monster power. Starting a wave with two Etheric Masses is extremely good—that's instantly two monster power and more experience. If Hellborns pop out of these masses, even better.
Stack monster power aggressively. Every enemy you hover over will show its monster power bonus. All monsters in the Helltide already have +1 monster power from another boon. Kill your way through as fast as possible, breaking up more and more monster power.
Prioritize Hellish Masses over Teaming Masses. Hellish Masses spawn Hellborns out of Etheric Masses. With two masses at the start of a wave, you could get six Hellborn and eight monster power total. Later, with Surging Hellborn, four Hellborn can spawn from a single mass—five Hellborn total. It's crazy good.
Look for Surging Hellborn. This boon says "+1 when spawned." If you kill your Aetheric Mass, four come out instantly. That's an instant +4 monster power.
At the final stage, spawn Ether Events at every location. With Impending Doom, when the current wave has only 10 seconds remaining, Ether Events spawn everywhere—and these events poop out Hellborn. This is where the XP truly explodes.
Watch your XP bar. At Paragon 260, you'll see meaningful chunks of XP from single opponents. One complete level per run is achievable, and if you don't die, you can push one and a half levels.
Key Tips
Don't die. On-death effects are deadly. If you're using the Splinter of Lies, consider swapping the 30% more life node instead of bonus damage in your helmet to survive more.
If you die, you lose momentum. The farm is still good, but you lose the snowball effect.
The more powerful your character, the better. A fully juiced Warlock doing Pit 145 evaporates everything on contact. Even at lower power, the XP is still excellent.
Fight Bartuk for super loot and rinse and repeat.

Farm 2: The Nightmare Dungeon Loot Explosion Farm
This farm is for Mythic Uniques, Greater Affix items, tons of talismans, and all the juicy bits. It uses Nightmare Dungeons and requires at least six out of seven activity points—seven out of seven is better.
What You Need
Nightmare Dungeon Sigil with Lethal Shrines.
Ideally, a small dungeon where things are close by, like Champion's Demise.
Splinter of Hatred (not Destruction) – At rank 12, killing in a Nightmare Dungeon has a chance to reveal a Horadric Altar. Otherwise, it's every 25 kills.
Step-by-Step Setup
Grab a Nightmare Dungeon Sigil that says "Lethal Shrines."
Clear the dungeon, but do not kill the boss.
Remember the position of all Horadric Altars you spawned and where the shrines are.
You want at least three shrines close together. Two is good, three is fantastic.
The Core Loop
Interact with Shrine #1 to spawn seven elites and store them in your soul.
As the buff expires, all these elites respawn. Rush to the two Horadric Altars to save these elites into your soul as well.
Make your way to Shrine #2. When your buff expires, instantly interact with Shrine #2 to get a new buff that spawns new elites and saves all the old elites spawning around you.
Meanwhile, new Horadric Altars pop up. Interact with them again to get even more souls stored.
Repeat on Shrine #3. Interact with the shrine, kill everything super quick, and avoid on-death effects.
Rush to Horadric Altars and then to the other shrines.
Wait for the buff to run out, interact with the Lethal Shrine again before killing anything, and repeat.
Why This Works
Elites are stored in your soul and respawn multiple times.
Horadric Altars add even more elites to your soul.
Butchers can spawn from Horadric Altars. With seven out of seven points in Dread Revival, he will respawn, respawn, and respawn. The best I've gotten was five times in a row—a crazy amount of loot.
Goblins can spawn and will also respawn.
Every enemy you kill has a chance to drop Greater Affix items, Ancestrals, and Mythic Uniques.
Key Tips
Avoid on-death effects. There will be plenty.

As the buff runs out, instantly click again to keep the chain going.
Do this over and over again with every single Nightmare Dungeon Sigil.
