Necromancer - Bone Spirit and Blood Wav
Necromancer currently appears to be one of the weakest classes after the Season 15 changes.

It deals enough damage to clear high-level content, has strong survivability, and moves quickly. Most importantly, it does not sacrifice too much damage simply to become fast.

S Tier: Whirlwind, Shred and Firewall
Whirlwind Barbarian is an excellent speed-farming build because it can continuously move while attacking. You do not need to constantly stop to cast abilities, making the gameplay extremely efficient.
Shred Druid is another exceptionally fast option. Its mobility is comparable to highly mobile Sorcerer builds, while Cataclysm provides the AoE necessary to clear enemies without slowing down.

A Tier: Fist of the Heavens and Other Fast Builds

Other strong builds can also perform well in this tier when properly geared, but they generally lack the combination of mobility and damage offered by the top speed-farming choices.
Warlock Rampage Could Become a Sleeper Build
One of the most interesting possibilities for Season 15 is Warlock's Rampage build.
The Rampage unique interaction was improved so that the Leap skill can now grow in size. Previously, its AoE was too small to function effectively as a standalone clearing tool.
With the increased area, a sufficiently powerful Rampage setup could potentially spam Leap continuously while clearing enemies across the screen.
If its damage proves high enough, Rampage could reach S Tier for speed farming. It is unlikely to immediately challenge the absolute best builds, but it is one of the most interesting builds to watch as the season develops.
How to Choose Your Season 15 Build
The highest damage number should not be the only factor when choosing a build.
A strong farming build needs four things:
Damage to reach the required Pit tier.
Mobility to move between objectives quickly.
AoE to clear groups without stopping.
Survivability to avoid losing farming time through deaths.
