Endless Treasure Rift Farm (Pre-Patch Viable – As of May 28, 2026)

Diablo4 May-28-2026 PST

Patch Status: Working as of May 28th. I have personally run this over fifty times. Use before the hotfix. This guide details a repeatable bug to fully reset a Treasure Rift without consuming a new sigil, allowing you to farm infinite Goblins, crafting materials, Mors’ Coin Pouches, and Legendary Sigils.

Requirements

· Lord of Hatred expansion.

· One Treasure Rift sigil (any tier).

· Access to the War Plans table (next to Tyrael).

· Optional but Recommended

· War Plans skill branch upgrade: “Treasure Goblins have a chance to drop Treasure Rifts.” This sustains your sigil supply.

Step-by-Step Method

1. Select the Right Map

Activate the War Plans table and choose any map that includes the “Infernal Legions” event objective. This is mandatory.

2. Start the Dungeon

Progress through the dungeon normally until you reach the “Infernal Legions” objective marker. Do not complete it yet.

3. Pop the Treasure Rift

Stop at the Infernal Legions objective and use your Treasure Rift sigil. Enter the Rift and clear all Goblins inside.

Crucially: Do not kill the final Treasure Rift boss.

4. The Reset Sequence

While still inside the Treasure Rift dungeon map (boss alive), use the “War Plans Teleport” function to warp directly to the “Infernal Legions” objective.

· PS5 shortcut: R2. (Other platforms: check your War Plans hotkey.)

· Upon teleporting, you will see a brief visual flicker. You will then be instantly sent back to the Treasure Rift entrance, and the entire Rift will have fully reset – all Goblins respawned.

5. Repeat

Clear the Goblins again, leave the boss alive, and teleport once more. Each cycle = one free Treasure Rift reset. You can do this indefinitely from a single sigil.

Troubleshooting & Success Rate

The bug may fail on the first attempt. If it does:

· Try teleporting 2–5 more times while standing still at the entrance.

· Alternatively, take a few steps forward before teleporting again.

· In my testing, it succeeds within five attempts almost every time. Once it works, it remains stable for that dungeon instance.

Why This Is Powerful

· Materials & Gold: You will drown in crafting materials and Mors’ Coin Pouches.

· Legendary Sigils: Drops from Goblins can be sold for massive gold.

· Gold-Baron Goblins: These frequently spawn and provide enormous gold directly.

· Time Efficiency: No need to farm new Treasure Rift sigils. One sigil = infinite runs.

Developer Context (Why This Works)

On May 26, 2026, Blizzard patched a different infinite Goblin method involving War Plans and shrines (noted in official patch notes: “A bug has been fixed that could cause a certain war plan node to spawn infinite goblins.”). That fix targeted a luck-based chain reaction with “Syrus von Gallert.” The method above is separate. It abuses War Plans Teleport, interacting with an active Treasure Rift + incomplete Infernal Legions objective. As of May 27th, it remains unpatched. Use it while you can.

Final Tip

Do not kill the Treasure Rift boss. Ever. The moment you do, the reset loop breaks, and you will need a new sigil. Keep the boss alive, keep teleporting, and keep farming. If you’re used to grinding for Diablo 4 Gold or planning to buy Diablo 4 Items, think of this boss loop as your private currency engine—but only if you resist the kill. Good luck, wanderer. May your coffers overflow before the hotfix arrives.
