The important part isn't the 60 FPS number.
It's how quickly the project has progressed.
Recent reports describe KytyPS5 moving from limited GTA 5 boot/menu functionality toward actual gameplay in a matter of weeks. That makes the project relevant to GTA 6 discussions even though it cannot currently run Rockstar's upcoming game.
Why KytyPS5 Matters for GTA 6
The obvious question is:
