The damage difference was relatively small during the test. The new setup did not produce a dramatic improvement over the existing Relic set, although it was also working with lower Speed and different overall stats.
This suggests that there is not necessarily a reason to replace a strong existing Aglaea set immediately. If your current pieces have significantly better substats, keeping them can still make sense. The new set becomes more attractive when you can obtain high-quality pieces that take advantage of its Basic ATK bonuses.
Euphoria Relic Set
The second set is built around Euphoria mechanics and provides a particularly interesting option for support characters.

The current beta effects are:
2-Piece: Increases SPD by 6.
4-Piece: When the wearer uses a Skill or Ultimate on another ally, that target gains 16% Euphoria for three turns.
If the wearer has at least 10 Well Done points, all allied targets also gain 12% CRIT DMG for three turns.
The important question is whether multiple copies of the set can stack their effects.
Beta testing indicates that they can under the appropriate conditions.
Does the Euphoria Set Stack?
The testing used multiple characters equipped with the new set to determine whether the Euphoria and CRIT DMG buffs could be applied more than once.
Trailblazer and Pela were able to trigger the set's effect separately. After both activations, the relevant buffs appeared twice, confirming that the effect can stack rather than simply replacing the previous application.
This makes the set particularly interesting for teams where multiple support characters can provide qualifying single-target buffs.
For example, both Trailblazer and Pela can use the set in the same team and contribute additional Euphoria-related effects.

Single-Target Buffs Are the Key

The current testing indicates that the buff must be individual and selectable. In other words, the skill or Ultimate needs to target a specific ally.
This explains why Trailblazer and other characters with selectable ally buffs can activate the set.
