Last Epoch Fire Spriggans Build Hits 1,200 Corruption and Deletes Bosses

Last Epoch Jun-03-2026 PST

Season 4 of Last Epoch has introduced a variety of powerful new builds, but one Beastmaster setup is quickly emerging as a standout among endgame players. Thanks to the newly added Rai's Embrace unique body armor, Fire Spriggans have gone from one of the game's most overlooked minions to a devastating force capable of clearing some of the toughest content available. An ample supply of cheap Last Epoch gold can be of great help to you.

The build revolves around transforming traditional Spriggans into Fire Spriggans, turning them into rapid-firing ranged minions that deal massive damage from a safe distance. According to testing, the build has already cleared 1,200 Corruption Monoliths and defeated the new Season 4 pinnacle boss, Visions of the Observer, making it one of the strongest minion-focused options currently available.

Fire Spriggans Become Endgame Powerhouses

For years, Summon Spriggan was often considered one of Last Epoch's weaker companion skills. Most players used the minion primarily for utility rather than damage. Season 4 has completely changed that.

With Rai's Embrace equipped, both Spriggans and Storm Crows are converted into fire-based companions. The transformed Fire Spriggans gain impressive attack speed, long-range projectile attacks, and exceptional scaling potential. Their ability to attack from nearly two screens away allows them to eliminate enemies before they can pose a threat.

The build utilizes Spriggan Form alongside Fire Spriggans, Storm Crows, Thorn Totems, and a Wolf Companion. While Thorn Totems contribute support and utility, the Fire Spriggans serve as the primary damage dealers throughout all content.

Proven at 1,200 Corruption

The build has already demonstrated impressive results against some of Last Epoch's toughest encounters.

Fully empowered Nemesis enemies are quickly eliminated, while high-level bosses such as T4 Julra, Abomination, Harbingers, and Avarice can be defeated with remarkable efficiency. Most notably, the setup has successfully cleared Visions of the Observer, the new pinnacle encounter introduced during Season 4.

The combination of survivability, mobility, and sustained damage allows players to comfortably tackle high-corruption content without sacrificing clear speed.

Core Skill Setup

Several skills work together to maximize the effectiveness of the Fire Spriggans.

Spriggan Form

Spriggan Form serves as the foundation of the build. Players invest in Friend of the Forest to summon two Spriggans instead of one, effectively doubling their primary damage source.

Healing Totems are converted into Thorn Totems, allowing multiple totems to be deployed simultaneously. These totems provide healing while also applying Armor Shred to enemies.

The build also takes Garden of Rage, which helps maintain permanent Spriggan Form by generating vines continuously during movement and teleportation.

Summon Spriggan

Summon Spriggan is heavily specialized for damage. Key nodes focus on critical strike chance, multiplicative damage bonuses, and increased projectile output.

One of the most important interactions comes from Vile Bramble, which grants significant multiplicative damage against poisoned enemies. This synergy is enabled by Spriggan Form's poison-applying vines, creating a powerful damage loop.

Storm Crows

Storm Crows provide both offensive buffs and utility. Each crow increases Fire Spriggan's effectiveness through companion bonuses while simultaneously applying Armor Shred.

Additional benefits include granting Aspect of the Crow and boosting intelligence-based scaling for the player's companions.

Summon Wolf

The Wolf Companion functions primarily as a support unit. Through automatic Howl activations, the wolf grants Haste and valuable offensive buffs to nearby companions.

Importantly, the companion no longer counts toward the traditional companion limit, allowing players to gain these bonuses without sacrificing other summons.

Thorn Totems

Thorn Totems contribute heavily to the build's support package. Beyond providing healing, they continuously shred enemy armor and help focus damage on priority targets.

Together with the Storm Crows, they dramatically increase the effectiveness of the Fire Spriggans against bosses and elite enemies.

Passive Priorities

The passive setup focuses heavily on companion scaling and survivability.

Primalist and Druid trees provide health, armor, attunement, resistance, endurance, and movement speed. Beastmaster passives then amplify companion damage through attack speed, critical strike multipliers, strength scaling, and Aspect of the Boar interactions.

One important optimization involves reaching a combined total of 100 Strength and Dexterity. Doing so unlocks an additional companion through Beastmaster passives, allowing players to field an extra Storm Crow and further increase overall damage output.

Required Gear

While many unique items can improve the build, only one piece is considered mandatory.

Rai's Embrace

This new Season 4 unique chest armor is the centerpiece of the entire setup. It converts Spriggans and Storm Crows into fire-based companions, enabling all of the build's core interactions.

Without Rai's Embrace, the build simply does not function as intended.

Fortunately, the item becomes available at level 62 and is relatively easy to acquire through the Merchant's Guild.

Additional Recommended Items

Several other uniques provide strong support for the build, including:

Reach of the Grave

Bones of the Ancestral Pack

Phantom Grip

Brewmaster's Buckle

Silver Frond

Raven's Rise

Aether's Path

Aether's Path is particularly valuable because it teleports companions alongside the player, dramatically improving mobility and keeping Fire Spriggans in optimal attack positions.

Endgame Potential

Despite already clearing 1,200 Corruption content, the build still has room for improvement. Better legendary potential rolls, optimized companion affixes, and additional companion scaling could push performance even higher. A large amount of Last Epoch gold can be of great help to you.

Current estimates suggest the setup may be capable of reaching 1,500 Corruption or beyond with ideal gear.

For players looking for a powerful Season 4 Beastmaster build that combines strong minion gameplay, excellent boss damage, and top-tier endgame viability, Fire Spriggans have quickly become one of Last Epoch's most impressive new options.
