Don’t panic if your first few runs end in disaster. Early resources are cheap, and the mode gives you enough starting capital to experiment. Your first goal is learning the map, combat flow, and extraction timing—not chasing a perfect run.
Normal Mode Comes First
If you’re new or rebuilding your setup, stick with Normal Mode. It is easier to solo and gives you more room to learn enemy patterns.
You also still receive rewards even if another teammate grabs the egg first, so there’s no need to force risky plays just to contribute damage. Once you can consistently survive and clear enemies, move into Hard Mode for better returns.
Clear, Loot, Then Grab the Egg
The basic Egg Heist loop is simple:
Kill enemies → Open containers → Find the egg → Extract

Always clear nearby enemies before opening a chest. You remain vulnerable while looting, and getting surrounded can turn a profitable run into a total loss. Prioritize Purple and Legendary Chests whenever the situation is safe.
How to Carry the Egg
Once you reach the egg room, the game prompts you to wrap yourself into egg form. From there, you can jump, roll, and use your dash to escape dangerous situations.
Plan your route before grabbing the egg. Getting distracted by side loot is one of the easiest ways to lose your way or get surrounded. If enemies completely overwhelm you, you can unwrap yourself to survive.
Most importantly, successfully getting the egg onto the ship rewards the entire team. One player taking the high-risk egg run can therefore be a perfectly valid strategy.
Turn Every Run Into a Progression Loop
Egg Heist can generate roughly 30,000–40,000 currency per run, with stronger runs paying even more. After extracting, sell your relics and other resources, then use Silver-Plated Keys to open Legendary Chests and keep the economy rolling.
The shop’s limited-time discount section is also worth checking for keys, amplifiers, and supplies. Equipment has durability, so damaged gear may need to be repurchased.
For longer-term progression, run wave challenges in Anmo and the Lost Temple. These activities provide a steady source of Essence, Fragments, and currency for talent upgrades.
The goal is not to build the flashiest team immediately. Bring your strongest Aniimo, stay alive, secure the egg, extract consistently, and repeat the cycle. Daily Chests, Home buffs, Egg Heist resources, and Temple Essence should all progress together.
