1. Arcane Infusion is the key to the build
Everything revolves around Arcane Infusion, which adds bonus Arcane damage to every melee hit for a short duration. Since the Rondel Dagger attacks extremely quickly, every stab benefits from the extra damage, creating surprisingly high sustained DPS.
Pair it with Lingering Magic to extend your buffs, then use Ignite, Haste, Melt, Ice Shield, and Teleport to complete the setup. Melt lowers enemy armor, Ignite boosts damage, and Haste lets you stay glued to your target.
2. Build your gear during Normal runs
You don't need expensive equipment to get started. Focus on finding a Rondel Dagger, Crystal Ball, and gear with Dexterity. Attack speed is more valuable than stacking pure Magic Power because faster attacks trigger Arcane Infusion more often.

Against Rangers and Wizards, use Teleport to instantly appear behind them before they can react. Activate Ice Shield before engaging to absorb the first hit, then chain multiple Rondel attacks while Arcane Infusion is active.
Against Fighters and Barbarians, avoid standing toe-to-toe. Instead, use movement to force mistakes before committing to a close-range burst. Proper Teleport timing often decides the entire fight.
