Diablo 4: Mythic Prankster Nightmare Dungeon Sigil Farming Guide

Hey everyone! In this step-by-step guide, I’ll walk you through how to farm the Mythic Prankster Nightmare Dungeon Sigil, plus earn five Mythic Unique items and the Resplendent Spark. While the Mythic Prankster Sigil is rare, following these steps will give you the best chances to get it for your character. Preparation:

Before you begin farming, make sure you have the following:

· 200 Living Steel (204 recommended) – This can be acquired by farming chests in Hell Tide. Once you have this amount, you won’t need to farm Hell Tide anymore during this process, as we’ll regain this living steel throughout the loop.

· Level 5 Essence of Sin and Essence of Hellfire – These are critical for maximizing your chances during the farming process, especially when dealing with bosses.

· Essence of Sin should be in the Purified slot if fighting outdoor bosses (like Asmodan).

· Essence of Hellfire should be in the Corrupted slot during outdoor boss fights.

· Ensure both essences are at level 5 for maximum benefit. This will help increase the chances of getting high-quality Nightmare Dungeon Sigils and boss keys.

Step 1: Farm Grigo

· Go to Torment 4 difficulty and farm Grigo.

· Use your Living Steel to kill Grigo and open his chest.

· Your main goals are to gather Stigian Stones and Shards of Agony, which will be used for later boss farming.

· Occasionally, Bile will appear in Grigo’s layer, and this is a good thing! Bile drops Betrayers Husks, Husks, and Corrupted Eyes of Bile, which will help with other parts of the farm.

· Farm Grigo until you’re out of Living Steel.

Step 2: Farm Duriel

Next, head to Duriel’s layer and use your Shards of Agony and Stigian Stones to continue your farming.

· Duriel’s chest will drop Corrupted Horns of Duriel, which are important for the next step.

· Beware! If you gather 20 or more Corrupted Horns of Duriel, no more will drop. To avoid this, leave the horns on the ground and only pick them up once you’ve run out of Shards of Agony. This trick allows you to accumulate more than 20 horns in your inventory.

· As you fight Duriel, keep an eye out for Bile, as this could drop more useful loot like Betrayers Husks or Corrupted Eyes of Bile.

Step 3: Farm Bile for Corrupted Eyes

After spending all your Shards of Agony on Duriel, check if you have at least two Betrayers Husks.

· If you do, head to Bile’s layer and farm him for Corrupted Eyes of Bile. Each kill drops five Eyes of Bile.

· Just like the Corrupted Horns of Duriel, avoid picking up too many Eyes of Bile at once to ensure you can farm more during the loop.

Step 4: Open Chests in the South of Zorbins

Now that you have Corrupted Horns of Duriel and Corrupted Eyes of Bile, head to the outside Asmodan event south of Zorbins. Here, you’ll open chests using:

· 5 Corrupted Horns of Duriel for Duriel’s chest.

· 5 Corrupted Eyes of Bile for Bile’s chest.

· This is where the real magic happens:

· Duriel’s chests drop Living Steel, Exquisite Blood, and have a 40% chance of dropping Nightmare Dungeon Sigils, including the Mythic Prankster Sigil. These are your primary farming targets!

· Bile’s chests have the same potential to drop high-value loot, but Duriel’s chests are more likely to drop a bunch of sigils.

· Tip: When the Nightmare Dungeon Sigils drop, check each one individually to see if they contain the Mythic Prankster FX. Don’t pick them up immediately – you don’t want to risk losing them! Move away from the chest and pick them up one by one, check them, and repeat this process until you’ve checked every sigil.

Step 5: Salvage and Recycle Sigils

After you’ve collected the sigils:

1. Teleport to town and head to the Occultist.

2. Salvage the Nightmare Dungeon Sigils to receive Sigil Powder.

3. Craft more Nightmare Dungeon Sigils using Sigil Powder, and repeat the process of checking each sigil for the Mythic Prankster FX.

4. By salvaging and crafting sigils, you maximize your chances of obtaining the Mythic Prankster Sigil.

Step 6: Repeat the Loop

Now that you have the key materials, you can continue your farming loop!

· Use the Living Steel and Exquisite Blood to farm Lord Zir for Pink Cushioned Dolls.

· Then use the Pink Cushioned Dolls to farm Andoriel’s layer for Corrupted Claws of Andoriel.

· These corrupted items will then be used to open more chests at the outside Asmodan event.

· Keep repeating this loop to farm more Nightmare Dungeon Sigils.

Bonus: Word Bosses

While this isn’t part of the continuous loop, keep in mind that Word Bosses also drop Nightmare Dungeon Sigils, including the Mythic Prankster Sigil. These are not as reliable due to their rarity, but if you see a word boss, take the opportunity to farm them.
