6. Step 5: Stop and Go AFK
Once you've picked up the Optic Amulet, do not complete the dungeon objective. Do not return the amulet to the Book of the Blind at the beginning of the dungeon. If you do, the automatic spawning stops.

Stay in the room or move freely within the dungeon—spawning continues regardless of where you are

Let the game run
As you AFK, you'll accumulate elite kills. Watch your buff bar—every 25 elite kills spawns two altars (thanks to Cipher Maps), with an additional chance for a pair on any elite kill.
7. Step 6: Return and Activate the Altars
