You must also progress through the relevant Deckard Cain storyline to unlock the location. If another player has already unlocked the content, however, you can join them and teleport to the area without completing the requirement yourself.
Defeat All Three Prime Evils
The encounter puts all three bosses into the same fight, creating dangerous beam patterns and overlapping attacks. Keep moving and avoid standing directly in their attack paths.
The bosses also have a revival mechanic. Defeating one does not permanently remove it while the others are still alive, so focus on controlling the fight rather than assuming the first defeated boss is gone for good.

Farm Primeval Target Dungeons for Splinters
The fastest way to prepare for repeated Prime Evils runs is to farm the special Primeval target dungeons.
These are Torment 10 dungeons marked by red gates on the map. Locations include special gates near Zabanztet, Kyovashad, and the Diablo the Labyrinth area.
Focus on Speed Instead of Full Clears
Primeval target dungeons are designed for repeated farming. They do not require a consumable opening material, so you can run them continuously as long as your character can clear the content efficiently.
The dungeon effectively operates at Torment 10 even when your character is playing at a higher Torment level.
For this reason, focus on the objective rather than clearing every monster. Once the dungeon directs you toward a Prime Evil such as Baal, move directly toward the target and finish the encounter as quickly as possible.
The corresponding boss can drop its Splinter, although the drop is not guaranteed. These dungeons can also provide Unique items, Mythic opportunities, and Resplendent Sparks, making them worthwhile even when the Splinter does not appear.
Progress Season Rank for Extra Mythic Rewards
Season Rank progression provides another reliable way to build your Mythic resources while farming other content.
Higher ranks can reward Splinters, Mythic Unique Journey Caches, Resplendent Sparks, and keys for additional endgame encounters.
Prioritize Mythic Caches and Sparks
Mythic Unique Journey Caches are particularly valuable because they provide a guaranteed Mythic Unique.
Season Rank progression can also supply additional Resplendent Sparks and other resources needed for endgame encounters. This makes seasonal progression a useful complement to direct Mythic farming rather than something to ignore once your build reaches the endgame.
Use Echoing Hatred Keys for Guaranteed Mythics
Echoing Hatred is another valuable option whenever you obtain its access key.
The activity becomes increasingly difficult as the waves progress, so push as far as your build can comfortably handle. The major reason to run it is the guaranteed Mythic drop at the end.
Because the required key is relatively rare, use these opportunities when they become available instead of holding them indefinitely. The guaranteed reward makes each successful run a valuable addition to your overall Mythic farming rotation.
Target Farm Mythics With Lair Bosses
Lair Bosses remain useful when you are looking for a specific Unique that you want to upgrade into its Mythic version.
Use Superior Lair Boss Keys
Baal can be targeted with Superior Lair Boss Keys. After defeating the boss, you can open the reward chest and select a relevant boss target to improve your chances of obtaining the Unique you are looking for.
A targeted Unique can potentially drop as a Mythic version, although the result is still heavily affected by RNG. This method is therefore most useful when you already have a particular Mythic Unique in mind.
Add Nemesis Portals to Boss Runs
Your War Plans can also improve the value of regular Lair Boss farming.
Progress through the center tree to unlock Greater Nemesis and Ultimate Nemesis. These effects can cause a Nemesis Portal to appear after defeating a boss and opening its reward chest.
Entering the portal lets you fight additional bosses and gives you another opportunity to collect valuable loot, making Nemesis effects a useful addition to repeated boss farming.
Maximize Mythic Armament Runs
Mythic Armament runs remain another source of Mythic opportunities, although they are less powerful than in previous seasons.
To increase the number of reward chests, progress the Undercity toward the Gutter Filth node. Beacon interactions can then spawn a Portal Prankster during the run.
Each Portal Prankster you defeat provides another chest at the end. A successful run can therefore produce several additional reward chests.
Using a Mythic Unique Tribute of Armaments makes these extra chests especially valuable. Lower-tier Tributes of Armaments can also be combined in the Horadric Cube to create higher-tier versions.
Craft Mythic Uniques With Resplendent Sparks
You do not have to rely entirely on random Mythic drops. Resplendent Sparks provide several crafting options that let you convert accumulated resources into Mythic Uniques.
Upgrade a Specific Unique
The Horadric Cube lets you upgrade a Unique into its Mythic version for five Resplendent Sparks.
The resulting Mythic Unique receives a crafted tag, and only one crafted-tag Mythic Unique can currently be equipped at a time.
This is particularly useful when your build depends on a specific Unique and you want to guarantee its Mythic version rather than relying on random drops.
Craft Random Mythic Uniques
The Blacksmith offers two Mythic crafting options that cost three Resplendent Sparks:
Craft a random Mythic from the iconic Mythic pool.
Craft a completely random Mythic Unique.
These crafted Mythics do not receive the crafted tag, allowing you to equip them without the same restriction.
If you craft a Mythic that you do not need, dismantling it returns one Resplendent Spark, allowing you to recover part of your investment.
Target a Mythic Item Type With Runes
The Jeweler provides another crafting route through rune crafting.
This option costs three Resplendent Sparks alongside runes of different rarities. Its main advantage is the ability to target an item type, such as one-handed weapons.
However, it requires additional Rune resources and still involves substantial RNG, so it is better suited to players who have accumulated enough materials for repeated attempts.
Build Your Season 15 Mythic Farming Loop
For an efficient Mythic farming routine, start with the Primeval target dungeons and farm the three required Splinters. Since these dungeons do not consume an opening material, they can serve as the foundation of your farming loop.
Once you obtain the Splinter of Destruction, Splinter of Terror, and Splinter of Hatred, transmute them in the Horadric Cube and use the resulting key to enter the special Tristram encounter against the three Prime Evils.
