Target Farming Lair Bosses

Most uniques can be target farmed by killing specific Lair Bosses. Each boss has its own dedicated unique drop pool, plus all bosses share a general Lair Boss pool.

First node: Spawns Hell Worms at high threat

Second node: Worms always create Maggots and often a Paying of Duriel — this is what drops Lair Keys

Kill maggots and Paying of Duriel

Gamble with Obols — unique drops always match the slot you gamble for.
