Rockstar has brought Vice City into real-world Miami. From a giant beach sign to Burger Shot inside an NBA arena, from a hotel's "Y" logo to nightclub ads floating in the bay, here's what's where, when, and worth your time. And if you'd rather skip the in-game grind once launch day arrives, you can GTA 6 Money safely and quickly through MMOEXP, a trusted marketplace for GTA 6 currency and services, so you can jump straight into the cars, properties, and nightlife Vice City has to offer.
1. The Numbers First: How Big Is This Campaign?
Before the physical locations, some context: Sensor Tower data shows GTA 6 had over 6.45 million digital pre-orders in the US as of October 20, with an estimated $630 million in revenue — 148% higher than Modern Warfare 2's comparable pre-order window in 2022. PS5 accounts for 74% of pre-orders; Xbox 26%. The offline marketing budget and scale match that magnitude.
2. Vice Beach Takeover: Lummus Park Sign and Muscle Beach
This is the most visible and easiest-to-find installation.
Vice Beach Sign
Location: Lummus Park, 1130 Ocean Drive, near 11th Street and Ocean Avenue.
Timeline: Construction begins October 26; official reveal November 1, staying up through the holidays, removed January 1–15, 2027.
Specs: Roughly 34 ft 5 in wide and 6 ft 11 in tall, steel structure with metal letters, about 2.5 tons.
Tip: Visit after November 1 for the full installation. Six parking spaces along Ocean Drive will be occupied during construction and installation — plan accordingly if driving.
Muscle Beach Makeover
Outdoor gym equipment painted pink, with Vice Beach branding and "VI" decals on surrounding containers.
Construction also begins the week of October 26.
Lifeguard Tower and Lincoln Road Sculpture
One lifeguard tower repainted blue with a pink roof and palm-leaf "VI" logo.
A roughly 10-foot "VI" sculpture at 689 Lincoln Road, pink-orange gradient with white palm silhouettes.
3. Y Hotel: The W South Beach's "W" Becomes "Y"
The most easily overlooked but information-dense installation.
Location: W South Beach, 2201 Collins Avenue.
Change: The rooftop "W" sign is replaced with a stylized "Y" sculpture, matching the in-game Y Hotel. Contract value: $650,000 — $300K for facade signage, $150K for Y logo installation, $200K for beachfront marketing activation.
Duration: Promotional period runs October 15 – December 31, 2026, covering launch and the holiday season.
Tip: Visible from Collins Avenue as you pass. It won't stay long — removed after December 31.
4. Kaseya Center: Burger Shot, Cluckin' Bell, and the Miami Heat Crossover
This is the core location for launch eve (November 18).
Pop-up Restaurants Already Open
Burger Shot and Cluckin' Bell are operating inside Kaseya Center, using Skinny Louie's burgers and fried chicken but with full GTA 6 branding on packaging and staff uniforms.
Pricing: Cheeseburger combo (with fries and drink) is **$28.50** pre-tax; applewood bacon burger combo $31. Standard arena pricing, not a cheap themed meal.
Expansion: Starting early November, all Skinny Louie locations across Florida convert to Burger Shot branding through December 31. If you're not in Miami, you may still get a chance.
Miami Heat "A Night in Vice City" Game
Date: November 18 — Heat host the Milwaukee Bucks, ESPN broadcast.
Details: Heat players wear Vice City alternate jerseys on a custom "Vice City Court," with Kaseya Center fully GTA 6-themed inside, including Ecola, Cluckin' Bell, and Welcome to Vice City signage.
Tip: This is the only major official offline event on launch eve. Tickets must be purchased through the Heat's official channels — check availability yourself. Even without a ticket, the exterior and public-area installations are worth a look.
5. Street-Level and Nightlife: The Vault and VYB Ads
Rockstar has placed GTA 6 fictional-brand ads around Miami, with two nightclubs now confirmed as in-game locations.
The Vault
A boat with a digital billboard sails Miami waters with the tagline "Your secrets are safe with us."
This is The Vault's first appearance in official marketing. Community speculation suggests it may be a heist or meeting location for Jason and Lucia, but Rockstar hasn't confirmed.
VYB (Vice City's Hottest Nightclub)
Appears alongside The Vault on digital billboards in the Wynwood area.
Tip: These are mobile or digital ads with no fixed "photo spot." Wynwood's digital billboards are the most likely place to catch them. Don't plan a trip around them, but keep an eye out if you're nearby.
6. Timeline and Action Plan
Date | What Happens |
Week of Oct 26 | Vice Beach sign and Muscle Beach construction begins |
Nov 1 | Vice Beach sign officially revealed, stays through the holidays |
Early Nov | Skinny Louie locations across Florida convert to Burger Shot |
Nov 18 | Miami Heat "A Night in Vice City" game — launch eve centerpiece |
Nov 19 | GTA 6 launches |
Dec 31 | Y Hotel and Burger Shot promotions end |
Jan 1–15, 2027 | Vice Beach sign removed |
If you're in Miami around launch:
After November 1, go to Ocean Drive for the Vice Beach sign and Muscle Beach — the most stable, ticket-free photo ops.
On November 18, if you have Heat tickets, Kaseya Center is the only major official event that night. Without tickets, the exterior installations are still visible.
Want Burger Shot? Inside Kaseya Center during games/events, or at Florida Skinny Louie locations from early November.
Y Hotel's "Y" sign is visible along Collins Avenue through December 31.
Not worth a dedicated trip: The Vault ad boat and Wynwood digital billboards are mobile/scattered — catching them is luck, not a planned stop.
7. Notes and Cautions
These are marketing installations, not game content: The Vice Beach sign, Y Hotel makeover, and Burger Shot pop-ups are real-world promotions unrelated to playable content. Don't expect demos or early access on site.
Construction may affect traffic: Ocean Drive has parking closures and construction October 26 – November 1; allow extra time if driving.
Price reference: Burger Shot combos run about $28–31 — standard US arena pricing, not a "cheap game-themed meal."
Time-sensitive: Every installation and event above has a defined end date. Most will be gone after January 2027. If you're planning a Miami trip well after launch, these may no longer exist.
