The second location is Hospital 2014.
Enter the main entrance area with the chairs, then move through the nearby doorway and turn left. Look around the chairs in this section to find the hidden item.
The item is the classic default knife from the original Murder Mystery era.
This is not a normal knife that you can equip and use in modern MM2. It is a reference to the game's classic era.
Approach the item and press F to inspect it. The game should confirm that you've found Hidden Item 2 out of 3.
Hotel 2014 Hidden Item
The final location is Hotel 2014.
If you start in the hotel's entrance area, head upstairs. Because players can spawn in different locations, you may need to explore the map to reach the correct area.
Look for the potted plant in the relevant section. The final hidden item, a classic default gun, can be found there.
Press F to inspect it.
After collecting the third item, you'll receive confirmation that you've found all the hidden items and the MM2 secret badge will be awarded.
Can You Do the Quest in a Private Server?
Yes. A private server can make the quest considerably easier because you don't have to worry about the Murderer eliminating you while you're searching.

The Hunt 20 event may sometimes display a message such as “Failed to check badges. Try again soon.”
