Ritual Tablets: The current king. "Rituals have additional rerolls" goes for ~17 divines. Combined with increased omen chance, increased tribute gained, or reduced tribute used, that value doubles or triples. From 144 tablets, I made almost 200 divines profit — over 1 divine per tablet on average. Note that ritual tablets value comes from ritual-specific modifiers, not generic juicing.

Abyss Tablets: Trickiest to price check. Look for combinations of: four additional pits, increased chance for abyssal modifiers, increased effectiveness per closed pit, additional rare monsters, monster rarity, additional map mods, item rarity, and monster effectiveness. Two of these mods warrants a price check. Three or more is almost always valuable.

Recommendations

If I were to craft tablets again, I'd focus on Ritual, Temple, and Delirium — easy to price check and consistently profitable. I'd sell Abyss and Breach uncrafted; they sell well enough raw that the crafting headache isn't worth it.
