Summary
Arena Breakout: Infinite Season 7 Utopia arrives on September 16, bringing one of the game's biggest content updates yet. Alongside new PvPvE and PvE zombie modes, the season introduces two weapons, seasonal attachments, major combat adjustments, and new progression systems. Players can also buy Arena Breakout: Infinite Koens to prepare for the new challenges. Here's what players need to know before jumping into the outbreak.
Two New Zombie Modes
The biggest addition is the new Infected Zone, a PvPvE extraction mode available on Farm, Valley, and Airport. Players must deal with six zombie types while still watching for enemy Operators. Infected Zone and Heavy Infected Zone correspond to different difficulty levels, adding another layer of risk to familiar maps.
For players who prefer pure PvE, Zombie Endless offers a co-op horde experience on Airport, unlocked at Level 8. Zombies become stronger as the run continues, requiring teams to eliminate enemies, complete missions, and upgrade weapons and skills to earn more merits.
Season 7 also introduces a Zombie Research progression system. Players can spend points earned through infected content to unlock special perks, while a new in-raid merchant provides additional trading opportunities.
A545, AK-15SC & New Attachments
Two new assault rifles join the arsenal. The A545 is positioned as a top-tier weapon alongside the U191 and H416, giving players another high-end option. The AK-15SC focuses on high damage and close-to-mid-range engagements.
Season 7 also introduces four seasonal weapon attachments for the first time. These attachments are designed to make more weapons competitive and encourage players to experiment beyond established meta builds.
Major Balance Changes
Utopia also changes the fundamentals of combat. Effective weapon ranges are increased, while headshots become more impactful. Ammo and gear restrictions are now tied to raid difficulty: Normal allows Tier 4 and below, while Lockdown allows Tier 5 and below.
Another major adjustment removes the RNG-based T5/T6 armor penetration mechanic, making high-tier armor interactions more predictable. Tactical flashlights are also being nerfed.
What Season 7 Means
With zombies, new weapons, progression systems, and significant balance changes arriving together, Utopia gives Arena Breakout: Infinite a noticeably different gameplay loop. Having enough Arena Breakout: Infinite Koens can also help players prepare suitable loadouts and gear for the season's tougher encounters.
