You'll need to collect all the Prime Prospects players and put them into a set to unlock Cam Coleman. This means:

Collect all 86+ overall prospects
Trade them in for the set

Training rolls are currently super expensive right now. At 6,600 training for an 87+, you essentially need to buy two 87s just to afford one roll. If you don't hit an LTD, you're cooked.
My recommendation: Be patient. Wait for better pack odds or Rush weekend before dumping all your training.
Watch for Rush Weekend
Rush is not on the official schedule this week, but there's a chance it could still drop. With Madden coming out next week, it would make perfect sense timing-wise. The schedule currently shows:
