Summary:
Diablo 4 Season 15’s Week 2 meta is changing rapidly, with four classes already clearing Pit 150. Warlock leads the race, while Meteor Sorcerer, Bloodwave Necromancer, Tornado Druid, Paladin, Spiritborn, Rogue, Diablo 4 Items, and Barbarian are proving there are more powerful endgame options than ever.
Warlock Dominates Diablo 4 Season 15
The biggest story of the Diablo 4 Season 15 leaderboard is undoubtedly Warlock. A Blazing Scream Warlock has already completed Pit 150 in just 1 minute and 7 seconds, showing just how extreme the class has become with the right gear and scaling mechanics.
The build revolves around Blazing Scream, House Lyrics Crown, Black Soul Stone, and Wendigo Brand. Blazing Scream's skulls can die and count toward Black Soul Stone stacks, creating an enormous damage multiplier. Wendigo Brand similarly rewards consecutive kills by increasing damage and attack speed.
The combination becomes even more powerful when the Lyrics Crown receives the right transfiguration. Gem Strength can multiply the value of Black Soul Stone even further, making the Mythic Lyrics Crown one of the most important pieces for high-end Warlock pushing.
Another major factor is the current Unique Charm stacking interaction. Players can use the Seal of the Golden Epiphany to equip multiple Unique Charms and then switch to the Seal of the Diamond Mine while retaining the bonuses. This interaction has become extremely common among top leaderboard players and dramatically increases build power.
Bloodwave Necromancer Reaches Pit 150
Necromancer is another major surprise in Season 15. A Bloodwave Necromancer has reached Pit 150, despite the class not appearing at the very top of every leaderboard.
The build is relatively straightforward to play. Bloodwave is the primary damage ability, while Bone Prison and Golem provide additional utility. Unlike some complicated endgame builds, the basic gameplay loop is largely based around repeatedly casting Bloodwave while maintaining the necessary supporting skills.
The gear is where the build becomes particularly impressive. A high-quality Fists of Fate with multiple Greater Affixes provides significant offensive stats, while Lyrics Crown supplies additional power. Instead of going all-in on offensive scaling, the build also uses defensive Splinters to survive high-level content.
The Banish Lord's Talisman is another important component, providing an enormous bonus damage multiplier. Combined with charm interactions and Furnace bonuses, Bloodwave can reach extraordinary damage numbers.
Players who do not enjoy Bloodwave also have another option. Bone Spirit Necromancer has reached Tower 130 in Solo Self-Found, demonstrating that Necromancer's Season 15 endgame options extend beyond a single meta build.
Meteor Sorcerer Finally Enters the S-Tier Conversation
One of the most exciting developments is the return of Meteor Sorcerer. Meteor has become a serious endgame damage option again, with a Meteor-focused build already reaching Pit 147.
There are currently two notable approaches. The first combines Firewall and Meteor, using Firewall to apply burning effects while Meteor provides the primary burst damage. The second focuses almost entirely on Meteor.
The Meteor build benefits heavily from Starfall Coronet and Banish Lord's Talisman. Meteor can consume and regenerate Overpower resources, allowing the build to repeatedly activate its major damage bonuses.
A Firewall Meteor setup also uses Vision of Fire and additional Pyromancy scaling. Tal Rasha's mechanics help restore Mana during continuous skill usage, allowing Sorcerers to maintain their offensive rotation.
Most importantly, Meteor does not appear to require the absolute best gear to feel powerful. Even lower-quality equipment can push into impressive Pit tiers, making it one of the more interesting builds to watch in Season 15.
Tornado Druid Makes a Major Comeback
Druid has also reached Pit 150, thanks to a powerful Tornado and Cataclysm setup.
The build alternates Tornado with Stone Burst, creating a fast-paced rotation that combines Storm and Earth mechanics. Updated Flesh Render dramatically increases Tornado damage while allowing the projectiles to bounce back toward the player.
The build also takes advantage of the returning Old Mountain set. Stone Burst can fossilize enemies, allowing incoming damage to accumulate before triggering a massive explosion when Petrify expires.
This creates an interesting interaction between Tornado and Earth skills. Instead of playing like a traditional slow Earth Druid, the build remains fast and mobile while still benefiting from Earth-based damage amplification.
The success of this setup also suggests that several other Earth builds, including Pulverize, Landslide, and dedicated Stone Burst variants, may have significant potential in Season 15.
Rogue Brings Massive Poison Damage
Rogue has not yet reached Pit 150 in the same way as the top four classes, but its Poison Penetrating Shot build is still extremely powerful.
The combination of Eaglehorn Bow and Penetrating Shot allows projectiles to bounce around the environment while stacking enormous poison damage. Some leaderboard setups have reportedly reached damage numbers in the hundreds of trillions.
Shadow Clone, stealth mechanics, poison scaling, and energy regeneration work together to create a build capable of maintaining high damage while remaining mobile.
Rain of Arrows is another excellent Rogue option. Although Penetrating Shot offers stronger directional damage, Rain of Arrows remains extremely effective for Helltides, Infernal Hordes, and other content where clearing large groups quickly is important.
Spiritborn Still Strong After Nerfs
Spiritborn remains a major part of the Season 15 meta despite significant changes to its Poison Counter Swarm setup.
Even after losing substantial bonus damage from previously abused interactions, Poison Counter Swarm can still push beyond Pit 140. Paragon improvements have helped maintain its viability.
However, a more interesting development is the emergence of a new non-Poison Spiritborn build. This setup uses Gorilla and Eagle abilities together with powerful Ultimate attacks, creating huge burst damage without relying on the familiar Counter Swarm gameplay.
For players who have grown tired of Poison Spiritborn, this alternative could provide a much-needed change of pace while retaining strong Torment 12 performance.
Paladin Is Back in the Endgame
Paladin has also made a surprising return. A Blessed Shield of Retribution build has reportedly reached around Pit 146 with extremely powerful equipment.
The major limitation remains the Castle mechanic. Players need to maintain the Castle setup to maximize damage, which can make the build feel less flexible than other top-tier options.
Still, the damage potential is undeniable. High-end Paladin builds are producing enormous numbers while maintaining the class's traditional defensive strengths.
Zeal and Divine Lance variants also provide additional options, meaning Paladin is no longer dependent on a single endgame setup.
Barbarian Finally Steps Out of First Place
Barbarian remains powerful, but Season 15 nerfs have changed its position in the meta. Ancient Barbarian can still reach around Pit 140, while Battering Ram and Whirlwind remain viable alternatives.
One particularly convenient aspect of Ancient Barbarian is its controller-friendly gameplay. Players can hold multiple abilities and allow the build's mechanics to execute their rotation with minimal input.
Whirlwind is another comfortable option for players who prefer straightforward gameplay, proving that Barbarian still has multiple viable endgame choices.
Diablo 4 Season 15 Has Better Build Diversity
The most important takeaway from the Week 2 leaderboard is not simply which class reached Pit 150 first. The larger story is that Diablo 4 Season 15 has significantly more build diversity.
Warlock currently demonstrates incredible pushing potential, while Necromancer, Sorcerer, cheap Diablo 4 Items, and Druid have all produced Pit 150 clears. Rogue, Spiritborn, Paladin, and Barbarian also have multiple builds capable of reaching high Pit tiers.
Even further down the leaderboard, the average performance has improved. Builds around Pit 120–125 are becoming more accessible across several classes, while previously difficult milestones are now within reach for more players.
With more viable skills, improved class mechanics, powerful Splinters, Rune-Forged weapons, and evolving Unique Charm strategies, the Season 15 meta is still developing. For players looking for a new Diablo 4 endgame build, this may be one of the most diverse seasons yet.
