Gloves

Specifically crafted gloves with magnitude of withered and damaging ailments are incredible but not required. Regular gloves with high energy shield and resistances work fine .

Focus

+2 all spells, chaos damage, spell damage, high energy shield, energy shield recharge rate, and cast speed .

Amulet

Playstyle

Mapping

Drop Contagion into a pack, then Essence Drain. Contagion spreads to everything on the screen. Everything dies. That is it .

200% Delirious Maps or Lower Damage

Drop three Dark Effigy totems, then apply Contagion and Essence Drain. The totems will machine gun everything down .

Single Target (Bosses)

Flameblast for 10 stages. Release. The boss disappears. Alternatively, place Dark Effigy totems, apply Essence Drain and Contagion, and let the totems do the work .
