Diablo 4 Season 14 Arrow Rain Rogue Build Guide – Infinite No Cooldown Arrow Rain for Tier 135+ Push
Summary
Today I'm bringing you the ultimate Season 14 Arrow Rain Rogue build — featuring infinite no-cooldown Arrow Rain, screen-wide damage coverage, and outputs ranging from tens of trillions to quadrillions — which earned me World Rank 5 and can easily push beyond Tier 135; if you want devastating damage, insane mobility, top-tier survivability, and near-one-button gameplay without complicated rotations, this guide is for you, whether you're hunting for diablo 4 god roll items for sale to accelerate your gearing or simply farming your own perfect gear.
Build Overview
This build delivers tens of trillions of damage baseline, with quadrillions in ideal situations. It offers full-screen AoE coverage with arrows raining everywhere, making clear speed exceptionally fast. Mobility comes from Shadow Step and Sprint, giving near-infinite movement across the battlefield. Survivability is among the best for any Rogue build this season — you can stand still and face-tank most content. The playstyle is macro-friendly with practically one-button control.
This build heavily references the setup of Metias, one of the most renowned Rogue theorycrafters.
Core Mechanics
Infinite Arrow Rain (No Cooldown)
This works exactly like the Death Knight Rogue build from my previous video. To achieve infinite Arrow Rain, you need Arrow Rain cooldown reduced to under 15 seconds, maximum Energy at 225 or higher, Boots of the Beastfall equipped, and the Combat Readiness specialization.
When you cast Arrow Rain, the Boots of the Beastfall consume all your Energy. This triggers Combat Readiness, which reduces your Ultimate cooldown by an additional 15 seconds — effectively resetting it completely. The spent Energy recovers through Aftermath Phase, enabling permanent infinite Arrow Rain with no cooldown whatsoever.
Damage Source One — Ferocity Stacks
Ferocity normally provides attack speed per stack. However, through the Ring of Gundar's Kiss and Arrow Rain upgrades, each Ferocity stack significantly increases Arrow Rain damage. Equipping Ferocity Phase on a two-handed weapon gives 16 stacks, greatly amplifying damage. The high attack speed from Ferocity also makes gameplay smoother.
Damage Source Two — Blue Frost and Felgain's Seal
When you use Frost Imbuement with Arrow Rain, you freeze monsters easily. Blue Slash accumulates damage taken while frozen, releasing powerful AoE explosions when freeze wears off. This explosion damage chains between monsters — gather them with Divine Tracker for maximum effect. Felgain's Ring ramps damage over time against tough targets, making even high-HP enemies killable.
Gear Setup
Mandatory stats: 62%+ cooldown reduction (ideally 69.5%+) and 225+ maximum Energy. Higher cooldown lets you take Double Damage instead of Cooldown Reduction on Arrow Rain.
Standard setup: Five-piece Eye of the Gladiator set, unique Gladiator Talisman, and Legendary Gloves.
Mythic variant: With a Diamond Crest, combine four Gladiator pieces and two Invisible pieces for the three-piece bonus — 60% damage increase and 30% damage reduction. Equip Gladiator's Victory as gloves.
Critical note: Gladiator's Victory gloves are bugged — they provide 120% critical damage instead of the listed value. If patched, replace them.
Boss swaps: Against Lair bosses that can't be frozen until staggered, prepare backup weapons and rings since Felgain, Blue Frost, and Frozen End become useless.
Mythic priority: Upgrade Ring of Gundar's Kiss and Boots of Beastfall first.
Skills and Passives
Skill allocation differs for those with Mythic Diamond Emblems and those without — choose accordingly.
Heart Tracker gathers monsters — minimal investment needed. Shroud of Shadows activates automatically from the Glimmering Eye set bonus. Stealth provides Suppression stacks, crit chance, Resolve, and Ferocity stacks — essential to your rotation. Smoke Grenade adjusts crit chance; you can use Sprint instead for mobility with the same effect. Choose based on preference.
Arrow Rain can take Cooldown Reduction or Double Damage depending on your stats. Crashing Waves applies vulnerability, so no extra vulnerability gear is needed.
Gameplay Rotation
When dealing damage, spam four skills together: Cold Infusion, Stealth, Arrow Rain, and Heart Tracker. Use a macro for ease.
For movement, use Shadow Walk and Sprint. With enough cooldown reduction for infinite Shadow Walk, I drop Sprint and use Smoke Bomb instead — it's more convenient since Sprint only affects enemies you pass through.
To summarize: deal damage by spamming Cold Infusion, Stealth, Arrow Rain, and Heart Strike; move using Shadow Walk and Sprint. That's literally it.
Boss Fighting Tips
This is crucial for high-level climbing. Bosses resist freeze, chill, and stun, making Blue Frost, Felgain's Seal, and Frozen Gear ineffective. However, they have a Groggy Gauge.
The trick: Fill the Groggy Gauge nearly full, then apply a freeze effect on the hit that triggers Groggy. The boss will be recognized as frozen during the stagger, activating all three items.
Zul Rune Method: Using Cold Infusion to freeze at the right moment has very low success rate. Instead, combine Moni Rune with Juul Rune. The Juul Rune gauge fills whenever you use mobility skills (Shadow Step). During the boss fight, watch the Groggy Gauge. When nearly full, use Shadow Step to trigger Juul Rune — the boss enters Groggy and counts as frozen, granting all freeze-related buffs.
The Groggy Gauge fills slower each time, so practice the timing.
Boss fight summary: Spam your four damage skills, watch the Groggy Gauge, prepare Juul Rune, and use Shadow Step at the perfect moment. Keep dealing damage throughout. This control is essential for high-level climbing — master it.
Final Notes
That's everything for this guide. This build offers one of the most satisfying experiences in Season 14 — screen-clearing destruction with surprisingly simple execution once you understand the mechanics.
